Is there solution for Vident iAuto708 "Cannot Connect with Vehicle and Stop Working"?

Many of them have created an account when try to connect the scanner to the vehicle via OBD port, but it fails to connect. It always keeps the interface for a long time(see the image as below). Press any button also couldn’t work. They try to remove the TF card and insert again, but nothing changes. It looks like it can not recognize the TF card. They check the TF card is good without any damage, and i actually insert it correctly. How to solve the problem?

The possible cause for the problem is that there is something wrong with the file in the TF card.
The solution is to format the TF card and download and install the software back to the device again.
